Diagram below shows the basic architecture of the Solar Energy Monitoring System. The battery charging system is on the left side; it includes the buck converter, the battery charger, the Li-Ion Battery and the power booster. In the middle of the diagram is the Raspberry Pi Zero with Wifi included.

Top of the diagram shows the data measuring system, which includes the current sensor, the powerboost and the step-down converter
The second schematic is a more detailed diagram using eagle. This software allows us to add more details to our diagram such as voltages, pin numbers and more specific part numbers
